Generac Home Standby Generators in Ontario

We've had our Generac for about 4 years now. Over the past 10 days, we've had four power outages. We're the only ones our our street that have power. Can't recommend Platinum Electrical highly enough. Outstanding people to work with. A flawless and pleasurable experience. Our friends who have also purchased their Generac through Platinum, feel the same. We'll continue to refer to them with complete confidence.

From first contact to final installation It was a great pleasure doing business with Platinum Electrical Contractors. Expecting a page or two documenting make, model, options and price I was blown away to receive in the wee small hours of the next morning a comprehensive 43 page detailed Proposal featuring numerous photos of my very own property ... my Gas Meter, my Hydro Meter, my Breaker Panel and the exact location where my generator was to sit. I couldn't sign fast enough and am very happy that I did.

I have a new Generac installed from Platinum Electrical Contractors. The whole experience was amazing. Mark came to our house and explored the best spot for the generator to be installed, answering all our questions along the way. Because my house is semi-detached, the best spot was in the backyard, behind the deck The installation went smoothly, even though it was challenging to run 80 feet of cables and gas lines across my basement ceiling and under the deck. The team was very professional, and they cleaned up after they were done.

We were completely satisfied with the results and quality of the work done installing our Genarac system. The whole process from beginning to end was completely professional , starting with the quote right through to completion, all the people involved in this process were very pleasant and helpful. Could not have ask for a better outcome to this project.

I called for service and was responded to immediately by their online and telephone team. A repair technician was dispatched on the day I called. He recommended an ideal location for our gene that we had not thought about. Thinks outside the box. The install went superb from the electricians to the gas pipe fitters. We are thrilled to have selected Platinum Electrical Contractors to install our Generac 26kw Generator. We researched the subject and received quotes from multiple dealers before zeroing down on Platinum Electrical Contractors. From the very first meeting Mark and his team were thorough and professional. Mark resolved many issues re which were were confused due to quotes we had received from other generator installers. I must point out that many other vendors were ready to install the generator in a location which would contravene the appropriate Ontario code.
